I had lost my “best friend” of 13 years last summer. After 10 months of grieving, I knew it was time to look for a new best friend. I assumed I would do the “puppy thing” again, but decided to check out Petfinders. CODAR had just posted Rochelle”s picture, and I knew her face was telling me to come get het her. Coco (renamed from Rochelle) has only been with me 3 weeks and we are already best pals. She is adapting so well to life in NJ with me (she’s from Tenn). She is so much fun and sleeps with me under the covers. Coco is 8 yrs old but full of life. I am sure I will have much more to write in years to come.
